Week 2 meals

I've been slacking on uploading pictures of my meals! Last week was filled with tea and soups, so not much diversity there, so this week I will do a much better job snapping pictures of all my meals! (no idea why my pictures are uploading so blurry, any suggestions?)

Sunday-January 13th

Lots of green tea! Spent a rainy day in a Starbucks reading and writing.

My standard breakfast these days...sweet potatoes, eggs, and bacon..all mashed together
Late Lunch...Chipotle salad with carnitas and LOTS of guac. Can't get enough of this meal!



Dinner: Roasted chicken legs and grilled squash and zucchini. 

Monday-January 14th
Breakfast: omelet made with one smashed up banana and almond butter slathered on top, sprinkled with chia seeds.


Lunch: Side of green beans cooked in coconut oil

Lunch: Leftover roasted chicken legs and half a sweet potato
Dinner: A big ole bowl of kale with a lemon juice and olive oil dressing
Tuesday-January 15th
Breakfast: omelet made with one smashed up banana and almond butter slathered on top, sprinkled with chia seeds. (same as Monday- reused picture!)




Lunch: Roasted chicken and steamed broccoli



Dinner: Paleo chili and an avocado! My fav. meal so far!
 Snack: Carrots and Snack Pack of Wholy Guac
